☆Arriving late to an appointment goes into your time.  We have clients directly after and will not move them or take their time for you.  

☆ Packages: You must use your packages within 1 year from purchase. Packages are not gift cards.  Packages are an agreed discount for services if used within a certain time frame. That time frame is 12 months from original purchase date. Packages can be converted to store credit for balance of dollar amount. Packages cannot be split between people or portions gifted.  Packages must be used solely by the purchaser. No refunds will be issued for a portion of a package not used. 

☆ Promotional pricing is only good for exact dollar amount paid after expiration date of 1 year from original purchase. Client is solely responsible for keeping their own receipts.

☆Difficult Customer Premium. Rude, difficult or inappropriate customers may be charged a premium.  This premium is a fee for the energy work applied to this customer. 

☆Un-paid invoices, no-shows, other service fees will accrue 5% interest each week over-due and subject to a collections fee.
